What you gain

How a booking works
- Send us your dates, number of guests and preferred option through the form, by phone or on WhatsApp.
- We reply with availability and the matching rate.
- You confirm, and we send you the written booking confirmation.
Whole villa or by the bedroom
You can book the whole villa, for up to 6 guests, or just one or two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
Deposit, balance and payment
- 50% deposit on confirmation of the booking.
- Balance 60 days before arrival; for bookings made less than 60 days ahead, full payment on booking.
- Festive season: full payment 120 days before arrival, and a 7-night minimum.
- Weekly rates in US dollars, excluding the 5% tourist tax: from $6,500 (1 bedroom, low season) to $13,500 (whole villa, high season, January 6 – April 14, 2027); $12,500 for Thanksgiving week and $35,000 over the festive season. All rates.
If you cancel
Outside the festive season, we keep 30% of the rental amount for a cancellation 61 days or more before arrival, 50% between 60 and 31 days, and 100% at 30 days or less. Over the festive season, the same percentages apply at 91 days or more, between 90 and 61 days, and at 60 days or less. Full details are in our booking terms, at the bottom of the home page.
Frequently asked questions
Is it the same villa as on the platforms?
Yes. Some agencies also list it as "Villa Infinity": it is the same house, in Pointe Milou.
What is the minimum stay?
5 nights (shorter stays possible on request), and 7 nights over Christmas and New Year's Day.
