The whole house, just for you
With the whole-villa option, no one else stays at the villa. The large, bright living room is air-conditioned and fitted with ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, HD TV, US satellite, Apple TV and a sound system. The air-conditioned kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and blender.
Some agencies list the villa as "Villa Infinity": it is the same house.
The three bedrooms
Each has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, air conditioning, a TV, a safe and a walk-in closet.
- Palms bedroom: sea and islet views, opening onto the terrace and pool.
- Bay bedroom: facing the bay, with its own terrace, sun loungers and parasol.
- Garden bedroom: on the green side, with a private covered terrace.
Fewer of you? You can also rent just one or two bedrooms.
The heated pool and the gazebo
The heated infinity pool faces the sea, bordered by a wooden deck with sun loungers and outdoor sofas. Right next to it, a covered gazebo holds a large round table for lunch in the shade and dinner facing the sunset. A Weber gas barbecue stands in the garden, and there is on-site parking.

Boat, yacht or car rental, helicopter transfer, massage at the villa, meals delivered, babysitting, event planning: tell us what you would like and we will arrange it, subject to availability.
Rates and terms
- Weekly rates in US dollars, excluding the 5% tourist tax: $9,800 in low season, $13,500 in high season (January 6 – April 14, 2027), $12,500 for Thanksgiving week and $35,000 over the festive season.
- Minimum stay of 5 nights (shorter on request), 7 nights over Christmas and New Year.
- 50% deposit on confirmation, balance 60 days before arrival (120 days for the festive season).
